Online Shareholder Facilities

At the EGM held on 31 August 2004 shareholders approved the consolidation of 100 ordinary 0.1p shares to 1 new ordinary 10p share in accordance with the prospectus dated 29th July 2004. New share certificates were posted to shareholders on 8th September 2004. Any shareholder who does not received their new share certificate should contact the company's registrar Capita (telephone 0871 664 0300 10p/minute plus network charges) and verify that their address held on record is correct.
