Additional Listing

Application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market (“Admission”). The Ordinary Shares are being issued as deferred consideration in relation to the SNG Acquisition Agreement and the Special Resolution passed at the Company’s EGM on 17 November 2006. Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become affective on 8 May 2007.
