SUMMARY OF RESERVES AND CONTINGENT RESOURCES
Reserves
A summary of the Company’s oil reserves at 31 December 2008 is provided below on both working interest and net entitlement basis.
Working interest oil reserves are the gross oil reserves of the field multiplied by the Company’s working interest in the field. Net entitlement oil reserves are the reserves that the Company is estimated to be entitled to recover under the terms of the governing contract, after the application of royalties and other terms of the contract including, where applicable, the apportionment of cost recovery and production sharing terms.
