Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive’s transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:-

Emerald’s issued capital consists of 59,592,994 ordinary shares of 10p each, all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 59,592,994.

The above figure (59,592,994 ordinary shares of 10p each) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Emerald under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
